The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one Mini CDL and one Mini TCDL to L3 Communication Systems-West under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 20 September 2013. This requirement is for:

CLIN 0001: 1 each: Mini CDL 200 with associated cables, modem and antennas

CLIN 0002: 1 each: Mini TCDL with associated cables, modem and antennas

These items must be delivered to: 96th Test Wing, Eglin AFB, FL 32547 not later than nine (9) months ARO on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334220, small business size standard: 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
