AMENDMENT 4

This amendment will do the following:

A. As a result of this amendment, the response time to submit the MAGR 2K follow-on
proposal, exclusive of cyber security, will be extended as follows:

From: 31 July 2017
To: 25 August 2017
A net difference of an additional 25 days

B. As a result of this amendment, the response time to submit the portion regarding the Cyber Security proposal will be extended as follows:

From: 31 July 2017
To: 29 September 2017
A net difference of an additional 60 days

C. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
