The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price award to Petrolab, 7A Harrison Campus Rd Suite 310, Albany, NY 12206, for the purchase of Miniflash FLA Flashpoint Tester. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

NOTE 22 Applies. Petrolab is the only known source that can provide the 8-position autosampler Miniflash FLA Flashpoint Tester that meets the ASTM D6450 standard.
