This Cahill project consists of a four to seven story building with the primary building entrance located on China Basin Street. The project will provide a total of 152 affordable residential units, 28 on-site parking spaces, outdoor spaces, community spaces, and tenant improvement spaces that will be occupied by a child development center and an art activity provider. The apartments include a mix of studio, one, two, three, four and five bedroom units. Cahill is requesting all trades EXCEPT the following: Driven Piles, Elevators, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, Solar Hot Water, Tower Crane, Personnel Hoist. LBE’s, SBE’s, MBE’s and WBE’s are encouraged to submit bids.
