This amendment serves to update the Sources Sought Synopsis package as follows:
1) Please refer to the attached Justification for Qualification Requirements document for information in regard to becoming an approved source of supply for the MJU-53B IR flare.
2) It is requested that long lead items, i.e. those items which may take longer than 90 days to receive, be identified along with the estimated lead time for receipt. Additionally, please identify any actions which may be possible to reduce the lead time.
