The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award Chemring Australia Pty Ltd. (CHA) a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price Contract for MJU-68/B Flare, Infrared, Countermeasures. This Contract is planned to contain one base and two option periods, which will satisfy Government requirements for Fiscal Years (FY) 2021-2023 with an estimated quantity of 28,000 units per year. The anticipated award date is 28 February 2021. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
