Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport is conducting market research in an attempt to identify potential sources possessing the capabilities and experience necessary to fulfill a potential requirement for the demilitarization of MK 103, Mod 0 Torpedo Warheads. The purpose of this questionnaire is to gain knowledge regarding potential interested and capable sources within the commercial marketplace in regards to technical experience, as well as the probability that a small business, Prime contractor, will be able to perform the anticipated services.

Please complete the attached questionnaire to the best of your ability and return via email. Your answers to the following questions will be used to assist in acquisition planning efforts, including the determination of small business capabilities. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation and any future determination to utilize a small business set aside will be conducted per FAR 19 Small Business Programs regulations. All information will be kept confidential and will not be disseminated to the public.
