NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Martin-Baker Aircraft Company, Higher Denham, near Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB9 5AJ, England. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Martin-Baker Aircraft Company is the sole provider of MK16 Ejection Seat Tools.
