The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following Quantity 1 Job; for the dissemble and prepare the 90,000 pounds MK7 Launcher for shipment. This is critical to ensure the MK7 Launcher is dissembled without damage. The disassembly and removal of the MK7 Launcher will be identical to its current configuration. In accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to: Alarcon Welding and Services, LLC, 5664 North Ventura Ave, Ventura CA. 93001 due to the Alarcon Welding has past experience installing, removing and modifications to the MK7 Launchers in France. This is critical to ensure the MK7 Launcher is dissembled without damage with Alarcon Welding technical experience. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N6893617Q0105 technical experience to dissemble and prepare the 90,000 pounds MK7 Launcher for shipment may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability without causing programmatic hardship.
