This is a Design-Bid-Build project requiring the contractor to dredge the harbor at KANB to support the introduction of four (4) Multi-Mission Surface Combatant Ships (MMSCs).

The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000,000 to $100,000,000.

1. The Government reserves the right to incorporate the awardee proposal into the contract and distribute the proposal as deemed necessary. Any deviations from the proposal must be approved by the Contracting Officer;
2. The contractor is required to provide all documentation requested in this solicitation (tender) to include Defense Base Act (DBA) Insurance af ter contract award and prior to Notice to Proceed.

Performance and Payment Bonds (20%) are required for this acquisition.
