Included in this Special Notice are Drafts of Sections B, C, K, L, and M of the Moab Remedial Action Contract Request for Proposals (RFP). This Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) is NOT a formal request for proposal. Proposals are NOT being requested or evaluated at this time. A Final RFP will be released at a later date for which interested parties may submit proposals.
