The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract sole-single source contract with Mobilisa Identity System, Port Townsend, WA, on or about 26 June 2008 for the purchase of monthly subscriptions for secure access to the Defense ID Control Center and Defense ID database per device (19 units for 12 months) from 26 June 2008 to 15 June 2009. Subscriptions/equipment must be compatible with current system manufactured by Mobilisa Identity Systems which is included via attachment to this notice.
