S&B Infrastructure, LTD is requested to submit a cost proposal in response to letter request for proposal (RFP) 10-06.  The contemplated modification to the task order IBM09T0020 will: 

Add three (3) additional 100-ft boreholes for contract line item numer (CLIN) 004, for a revised remaining total of four (4) boreholes; and

Add a CLIN for a unit price for an environmental package per 100-ft borehole for work where soils may be contaminated by PCBs, with an estimated quantity of four (4).  

Only S&B may respond to this RFP letter, as required by the base contract IBM05D0001 under which task order IBM09T0020 was issued.
