GLOBE Academy will be relocating grades Kindergarten – 5th grade to from their existing campus to a new campus located at the Clairmont Presbyterian Church at 1994 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 30033. GLOBE Academy is in the process of purchasing two existing buildings on campus and several acres of land. Temporary Learning Cottages (modulars) include: · 24 Elementary school Classrooms (max 24 students per classroom) · Administration, restrooms, storage · Location onsite, TBD The following scope of services to include: · Currently deciding between 2 locations. Please provide pricing for each. o Placement on asphalt parking lot. (Scheme A) o Placement around green field. (Scheme B) · Price both purchasing option and leasing option. o Tax exemption · 24 Elementary school Classrooms (max 24 students per classroom). · Gang Restrooms. · Administration offices. · Must meet all Georgia code requirements. · Vinyl skirting. · Interior/Exterior color selections by GLOBE. · Delivery to the site. · Full installation including foundation, skirting and anchoring. · Aluminum deck/steps/ramp system.
