The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG-NCD), has a requirement on behalf of Product Manager - Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PdM-SCIE).

The Army has an immediate need for an interim modular holster system for use with the Modular Handgun System (MHS) M17 and M18 pistols in support of Program Manager - Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment (PdM-SCIE) execution of a Conditional Material Release (CMR). This acquisition will be conducted as a non-competitive limited source, per FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), with a contract being awarded to the below contractor by 17 July 2017. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated. PdM-SCIE will procure an initial combined amount of 12,000 holster systems. Please note that the Government still intends to solicit and award a competitive follow-on action within the next 12 months to satisfy the quantities required beyond the CMR.
