NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a sole source Purchase Order (PO) to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. as a result of them being the only authorized supplier of PMI services on Monaco equipment. The 673d Contracting Squadron, located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska 99506 intends to acquire Monaco PMI services via sole source award to Monaco Enterprises through a direct solicitation.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106(b). The anticipated award date is 30 July 2016. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.  Deadline date for the submittals is 28 July 2016 at 2 pm Alaska Time. 

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
