NOTICE OF INTENT

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase of Monaco devices and reprogramming of current devices. Monaco Enterprises, Inc. is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of these commodities and services to the 502d Civil Engineering Squadron, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, which is used by the Air Force Agencies. The proposed contract action is for commodities and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 30 November 2017 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
