1. The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, TX, intends to solicit and award a sole source
firm-fixed price contract for the Security Training class of the Monaco D-21 System to Monaco
Enterprises, Inc. of Spokane, WA, 99216, Cage: 32609, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The
North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561621 (Security
Systems Services (except locksmiths)), small business size standard: $20.5M. Interested parties
may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a
request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses
received within five (5) days of publication. A determination by the Government not to compete
this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
Government.
