SYNOPSIS FOR PR#17-50-2188 thru 17-50-2196:

Procurement is a sole source solicitation for multiple Monarch EE Lathe replacement parts. The contractor shall provide Monarch EE parts and Shipping. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery contract. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 30 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
