Solicitation N00421-14-T-0066 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Monarch Lathes, for a Monarch Toolmakers Lathe, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13.

This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.
