The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and perform janitorial services in the Emergency Communications Center (hereinafter to be referred to as ECC) and Administrative Offices (hereinafter to be referred to as Admin.) approximating 11,000 square feet located at the Headquarters of the Cal Fire, Monte Vista Ranger Unit, 2249 Jamacha Road, El Cajon California, hereinafter to be referred to as Monte Vista.

This will be a one year base contract with four option years.
