The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District (USACE) has a requirement to provide construction of an emergency flood barrier across the Twin Cities and Western Railroad (Railroad) alignment in the City of Montevideo, Chippewa County, in the State of Minnesota.  This construction project requires time-sensitive Railroad closure work, in an area of low head room under a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) bridge.

This is an unrestricted, full and open competitive Invitation for Bids.

The NAICS Code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $39.5M.

The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

Payment and Performance Protection is required in accordance with FAR Part 28.
