The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicin, PO Box 016069 (D-4-11), Miami, FL 33101. The objective of the subject procurement is to produce a series of statistics that will permit NIOSH to describe the national prevalence and distribution of occupational disease morbidity and mortality based on the North American Industry Classification system. As conceived, the contracting officer will noncompetitively negotiate for the production of statistics and accompanying reports as follows:

• Morbidity and disability by industry for the years 1997-2005
• Mortality by industry for the years 1986-2000, with follow-up through 2002
• Morbidity and disability by industry for the years 1986-1996
• Economic and quality of life impact
