The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to install and test a new HVAC unit located at the Morehead City Survey Office, 113 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC 28577. The facility is located on property managed by the Morehead City State Ports. The Contractor shall perform a turn-key job. The work includes the installation of three new Daikin Mini Split Indoor 9000 BTU Multizone Wall Mounts FTXS09LVJU (or equivalent) and the installation of one Daikin Mini Split 24000 BTU Multizone Outdoor Condensing Unit 3MXS24NMVJU (or equivalent).
