N O T I C E TO B I D D E R S Sealed proposals will be received by the Department of Natural and Cultural resources – Parks and Recreation, at the Morrow Mountain State Park Office located at 49104 Morrow Mountain Road, Albemarle, NC 28001 up to 2:00 pm May 12, 2022, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of Morrow Mountain State Park – Improvements and Renovations Renovation of certain existing Shower Houses, Pool House, Summit Building, and existing Family Cabins. Demolition of certain Shower Houses and removal of Kids Pool. Miscellaneous stone repair and the addition of a Splash Yard and Camper Cabins. Bids will be received for single prime: Category – General Construction (including Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical). All proposals shall be lump sum. Pre-Bid Meeting An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on April 21, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Morrow Mountain Park Office located at 49104 Morrow Mountain Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001.
