Demolition of certain Shower Houses and removal of Kids Pool. Miscellaneous stone repair and the addition of a Splash Yard and Camper Cabins. Bids will be received for single prime. Category – General Construction (including Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical). All proposals shall be lump sum. Pre-Bid Meeting An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders at 2:00 pm on July 8, 2022, at the Morrow Mountain State Park Office at 49104 Morrow Mountain Road, Albemarle, NC 28001. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
