The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Armaments Center has a requirement for a Mortar Plate Test System. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement by soliciting, negotiating, and awarding a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Lansmont Corporation 17 Mandeville Ct., Monterey, CA 93940-5745.

The authority being utilized for the proposed effort is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price, commercial contract.. The NAICS code for this effort is 811310 and the large business size standard is $8 million dollars.
