The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 8 is conducting a market survey to gauge market interest for construction services to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and expertise necessary to replace flashing located at the Frank E. Moss U.S. Courthouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project will require the contractor to remove existing lead flashing located in the North Light Court and replace with copper flashing. Work will also include replacing window flashing.
North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to the project is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
Small business size standard for this acquisition is $36.5 million.
Anticipated project duration is 45 calendar days.
Anticipated award date is June 1, 2017.
