Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government.  This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) The total quantity required is 27.  27 each to be shipped to (SW3211) Oklahoma City, OK 73145. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Current approved manufacturers are Kollmorgen Corporation. (CAGE: 11384) P/N: QTT-2105-A. This solicitation opens on 8/21/13 and closes 9/25/13.  The Government's requested delivery time is 120 days.  Inspection/acceptance and FOB requested is destination.   While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
