This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-20-Q-0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20200324. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33699 (Motorcycle, Bicycle and Parts Manufacturing) and the size standard for this NAICS is 1,000 employees.

To be considered for award, vendors must submit a quote to ensure they reach destination no later than 2:00 pm (Hawaii Standard Time) on July 29, 2020. Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
