This is a solicitation request.  Quotes are due by 4:00 pm on December 9, 2014.

This requirement is being changed to an Unrestricted Acquisition as Motoola requires Motorola service technicians to be used for some of the work.

Upgrade Motorola MCC-5500 Radio System, with Application Deployment Manager (ADM) Server Windows (WIN) 2008 SVR R2 64 BIT (ASTRO Data Server) and Infrastructure Install. The contractor will provide all labor costs associated with this installation. The contractor will warrant that its services under this purchase order will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days.

The following items will be purchased for this contract: WIN 2008 SVR R2 64 BIT ASTRO Data Server, part TT2314, and Infrastructure Install, part SVCO3SVC0104D. The above-mentioned parts will be used to upgrade the Motorola MCC-500 radio system by installing the server and associated program, activating the emergency button feature and programming 125 XTX-5000 and 5 XTL-5000 radios to the ADM Server.
