NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SYNOPSIS IS TO NOTIFY THE INDUSTRY OF THE INTENT BY BEALE AIR FORCE FOR CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLE KNOWLEDGE GAIN OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.). PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.

This is a Sources-Sought for an authorized Motorola dealer for Beale AFB, California, 95903. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517919 and the Small Business Size Standard is $25.0M. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, material and incidentals necessary to service existing units located at Beale AFB, CA. The contractor shall test, troubleshoot, replace necessary parts, align, adjust and/or perform any other action required to repair radio equipment and associated ancillary devices. This includes but is not limited to portable radios mainly consisting of Motorola XTL-5000 and Spectra's, radio consolette base stations, desk top remotes and electronic circuit cards/boards used in Motorola radio systems.

The base agreement performance period will be from 08 Jun 10 to 08 Jun 15. Your response is requested by 2:00 PM PST on Monday, 15 April 2010. If you do not reply by this date, we will assume you are not interested.
