The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Workflow Interiors of 132 Canal Street #2, Boston, MA 02114. Natick Contracting Division (NCD) was directed to move personnel into Bldg. 32 as soon as possible. In order to comply with the directive, NCD is using a combination of current cubicles and furniture, as well as, supplementing with the purchase of new parts and cubicles. In order to maximize the amount of cubicles we can accommodate in Bldg. 32, the original furniture company who outfitted the office was called in to do an assessment of how to best re-use the furniture they installed in the new building and what parts we would need to purchase in order to reuse the cubicles. The company has the CAD files of the original furniture and therefore, were the only contractor that could quickly turn around the project for NCD. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
