The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price delivery order with Northrop Grumman of San Diego, CA. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, parts and materials necessary to manufacture and deliver spare parts in support of the VTUAV MQ-8C Fire Scout and Legacy MQ-8B Fire Scout Radar. This will be a delivery order off of BOA # N00019-10-G-0004. The period of performance is expected to be 12 months.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, responsible interested parties may submit a proposal in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received by 18 April 2014, 1700 EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
