REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR BRAND NAME M&SWP 3.0 CONFIGURATION SERVICES

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0286.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519. The Small Business Size Standard is $30,000,000.00. This action is being processed on an unrestricted basis.

NUWCDIVNPT intends to award an unrestricted, firm-fixed price contract for the following:

CLIN 0001 Program Management and Technical Service in accordance with the Statement of

Work (SOW)

CLIN 0002 Travel to Kittery, Maine in Support of Services under CLIN 0001.

CLIN 0003 Travel to Costa Mesa, California in Support of Services under CLIN 0001.

CLIN 0004 Shipping in Support of Services under CLIN 0001.

F.O.B. Destination: Newport, RI, 02841-1708.

The required period of performance 23 September 2022 to 22 September 2023; or sooner.

Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition

Circular.

This request for quote requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior

to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be

found at www.sam.gov.

The offer shall include price (inclusive of shipping price), shipping terms, and the following

additional information with submission: Offeror Point of Contact (including phone number and

email address), Offeror CAGE Code, and Offeror DUNs number.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to

compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the

discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the

purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.

The quote must be received on or before Tuesday, 6 September, 2022 at 2:00PM EST. A quote

received after this date and time is late and may not be considered for award. The quote shall be
