This "Sources Sought" is for purposes of market research only.  This is not a request for proposal.  This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns.  Vendors must be registered in System for Award Management, (SAM).  The 502d Contracting Squadron (502 CONS), Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), TX, is seeking to locate companies capable of and interested in providing Military Training Instructor (MTI) gear, under NAICS code 314999, Small Business Size Standard number of employees is 500.  Please, provide prices for each of the items listed in attachment,  as well as an estimated delivery date.   

Requested Information:  The information which must be contained in your response to this sources sought is as follows:

1) Name and address of company
2) Point of contact with phone number and email address
3) Business size and socio-economic program (HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, Small Business)
4) Evidence of registration in SAM and provide CAGE Code or DUNs Number (www.sam.gov)
5) Price of each item listed
6) Estimated delivery date
7) Any other information that would be considered relevant

Respondents will not be notified of the results of the information; however, the contracting officer will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning.  All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified.  Since this is a sources sought announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the participants.  This market survey is issued to determine the applicable set-aside strategy based on responses from small business indicating an interest in proposing on this work if it is set-aside.
