WMATA /OHAW endeavors to acquire the services of a qualified psychologist to provide psychological testing for Metro Transit Police Officer Applicants. The Contractor shall conduct, present and maintain documentation on examinations, evaluations and screenings. The Contractor must maintain appropriate licenses and certifications and comply with WMATA, Federal programs and laws of the various jurisdictions in which the Authority operates. The Contractor shall adhere to ethical principles and standards for practice, including the standards of the American Psychological Association. Psychological evaluations shall include; but not be limited to psychological testing, clinical interviews, and report of findings with rating and recommendations. The psychological testing shall include for each applicant tested a minimum of one in-person interview and a battery of written psychological tests for each applicant.
