Electronic sealed bids for the CHROME RUN INTERCEPTOR STREAMBANK STABILIZATION PROJECT for the Middletown Township, Delaware County, Sewer Authority will be received at the office of the Authority, 27 N. Pennell Road, Lima, PA 19037 until 03:30 P.M., local time, on OCTOBER 15, 2019, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time shall not be considered. Seal bids will be accepted by the Owner through the online bidding service PennBid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. The Owner reserves the right to award the contracts in whole or in parts. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, on the form provided, security in the amount and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract (The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 43 P.
