Mansfield University invites vendors that specialize in the various arcade style games to bid. The bid must be submitted to the University via the Ebid System at www.ebidexchange.com/passhe for the followings arcade style games.  Two (2) Mega touch Gametime tabletop items  Hot Flash Air Hockey w/overhead scoring unit ( or similar 8' air hockey table)  Galaxy 3 Dartboard  Two (2) Hoop Fever Basketball  Pump it Up Zero Dance Machine (can be lightly used)  Face Place Deluxe Photo Booth Blue w/DBA (coin operated)  Skeeball Classic Alley 13'  Pac man's Arcade Party Cabaret  Toy Taxi Crane 31' unit with custom College logo marquee & play until you win selectable (coin operated)  2 new Super Cars 42" or 2 Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift (New or used in excellent condition) We would like the vendor to include service maintenance for the above games and items purchased. The bid should include some type of swap-out /or replacement of items for the games that are being utilized or not working. All items must be new, unless otherwise indicated, and must be consumer/industrial items games rather than home grade items. The items must be warranted. The delivery date should be on or before Tuesday, August 20, 2013. The items must be set for free play unless otherwise indicated.
