Mansfield University is seeking proposal for Certified Public Accountant to audit financial and compliance audit of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Grant (DCED). The scope of the project audit must include all funds received and expended under the DCED contract as well as any required private matching fund. The audit must be done in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Community Economic Development audit guidelines. A copy of the audit guidelines may be obtained from the Ebid System at www.ebidexchange.com/PASSHE or the Mansfield Purchasing Department. Bids are due by Wednesday, May 8th at 2:00 PM. Bids may be uploaded to ebidexchange.com/passhe. The DCED Grant ends June 30, 2013 and the audit must be completed and submitted within 120 days after the grant terminated date, (6/30/2013).
