Mansfield University invites interested musical equipment dealers to submit bids for twelve (12) 2350W King Sousaphone Outfits for the Mansfield University Band. The King 2350W standard Lacquered Brass Brand Sousaphone must have hard travel case, two neck bits and standard mouthpiece. No substitution on the brand, model or color is acceptable. Once the award is made, the vendor must deliver the twelve (12) 2350W King Sousaphone outfits on or before September 10, 2013. There will be onsite inspections during the delivery. The bid is due on Wednesday, August14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. The bids must be submitted via the Ebid system at www.ebidexchange.com/passhe. Vendors who have problem submitting bids on Ebid must contact Mrs. Terri Hoffman at 570-662-4162 in the Purchasing Department. To access the Ebid System a vendor must register on the Ebid System. The bid opening is on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Bids that are received after the date listed above will not be accepted.
