Mansfield University invites automobile dealers to submit bids for a new or pre-owned ½ ton full size pickup, 2 or 4 wheel drive is acceptable. Must have Standard 8' box and be able to accommodate tool boxes. All Bids have to be submitted to the Mansfield University's electronic Bid (ebid) system at www.ebidexchange.com/passhe. The bid is due Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Any bid that is received after the due date and time will not be accepted.
