The purpose of this RFB/RFP is tocontract for new Multi-Media Service Equipment as specified on the Exhibit A Pricing Page, which is a separate downloadable Excel spreadsheet attachment. No equivalent products or alternate brands shall be accepted. The Proposer must bid the equipment model specified in Exhibit A Pricing Pages. Product substitution is only permissible if the product model is at “end of life” and soon to be discontinued (refer to Section 1.4 “Substitutions of Products”) or if the anticipated delivery time exceeds 10 weeks. *If you have questions or clarifications, they must be submitted through the Bid's Clarifications tab so that all interested vendors may receive the same clarification.
