In accordance with FAR 5.201, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issues this synopsis in order to provide notice of a forthcoming solicitation for the requirement entitled, "Multi-Method Consumer Perception Investigations."  The FDA intends to award a single award IDIQ as a result of this solicitation. 

The FDA has provided a draft of "Section C - Description/Specifications/Work Statement" as an attachment with this synopsis, as well as a draft of the the Labor Category Requirements, which will be Attachment 1 to the solicitation.  The HHS Subcontracting Plan Template is also attached with this synopsis, which will be attachment 4 to the solicitation.

The anticipated solicitation number will be 19-223-SOL-00022 and is expected to be released on or about March 20, 2019, with a proposal due date of on or about April 22, 2019.  It will be issued as a full and open competition.  All services are anticipated to be performed at the Contractor's site.  The anticipated due date for questions (which must be submitted in writing) is on or about March 27, 2019.
