AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to issue a solicitation at some future date for the purchase of Multifunction Calibrators. This will be solicited full and open competition. The Government envisions a Firm Fixed Price type contract with a basic year and 4 option years through 30 September 2019. The anticipated quantity is 23 each in FY15, with the option of up to 16 each in FY16, up to 12 each in FY17, up to 13 each in FY18, and up to 29 each in FY19. There is no guarantee that any option years will be exercised. The requirement is for Multifunction Calibrators in accordance with the Purchase Description and data requirements.
The pre-solicitation number is FA2263-15-R-0002 and shall be referenced on all correspondence submitted. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice.
