The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in support of LIG intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition for the following supplies: 1) EnSpire multimode plate reader with PerkinElmer (710 Bridgeport Ave, Shelton, CT 06484-4794). PerkinElmer is the sole provider of the EnSpire multimode plate reader. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by PerkinElmer as an authorized third party vendor may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performance providing these custom recombinants. The vendors shall provide certification from PerkinElmer that they are authorized to provide these supplies. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether to this requirement is available for competition.
