The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intend to procure the following: 10 each of EMD Millipore catalog number HCYTMAG-60K-PX29 Milliplex Human Cytokine/Chemokine MAGNE. The Multiplex kits will allow the researchers to complete multivariate analysis of biological samples. This product is used to identify specific cytokines involved in any inflammatory or immune response, when it might be necessary to screen panels of cytokines. The requested analytes are: EGF, Eotaxin, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IFN-alpha2, IFN-gamma, IL-10, IL-12 (p40), IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-15, IL-17, IL-1ra, IL-1alpha, IL-1beta, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-7, IL-8, IP-10, MCP-1, MIP-1alpha, MIP-1beta, TNF-alpha, TNF-beta, VEGF. They have been designed for use with the multiplexing instrumentation that is currently in place in the Vaccine Research Center laboratories. This will be a firm fixed price contract. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-74, dated June 1, 2014. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325414, which has a size standard of 500 employees. Offers must be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M.
