This PR / Solicitation REPLACES 0052920934 / SPE4A6-14-R-1886 which was cancelled and replaced with the current Solicitation for NSN 5895-01-187-9356 / 0054109344 / SPE4A6-14-R-2023 / Quantity 126 each / Multiplexer / Part Number 011879356.  This item is sole source to L-3 Communications (cage: 60583).  The drawings are not available from DLA Aviation.  DLA Aviation Richmond intends to awrd a Firm-Fixed Price.  No Quantity Option.  This is a non-critical item.  This requirement is unrestricted under the negotiated method of procurement.  This is an Export Control Requirement.  FOB: Origin - Do not add transpration charges.  This solicitaiton is being unssued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program.  For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB Origin, Government ARranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination(FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).  Additional Information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/).  There is a Contractor First Article Testing requirement.  Only one waived source: L-3 Communications (cage: 60583).  A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).  RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).  To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com.  Issue date will be on or about 07/22/14.
