This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number M00318-20-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20200324.
