The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a Firm Fixed Price, follow-on contract to Audiotel, Audio Information Services Inc., Deerfield FL 33443 for music on hold recordings at all PBGC Locations. The Contractor shall provide Music on Hold recording and services. This service will consist of recording custom PBGC music on hold recordings and uploading to all PBGC sites. Audiotel technology is compliant with NEC phone systems used by PBGC. PBGC intends to award a follow-on contract to Audiotel for a period of one full year beginning October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a). Audiotel is the only known source to provide this service to PBGC. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued. An interested party may, however, e-mail a written capability statement for the required services, (which shall not exceed three (3) pages in length) to [email protected] no later than 11:00 AM EST, August 29, 2012.
